- Cut all the vegetables, add some vegetables in 3 cups water boil it. Till two cups of water remain. Vegetables stalk is ready. (You can also use waste part of vegetables after cutting)..
- In pan add butter with oil heat it. After that add chopped onion saute it till soft after that add spring onion, green peas, carrot, sweet corn mix well saute for 2 to 3 mix or till veggies get soft..
- After that add vegetables stalk salt and pepper pwder mix well and boil it. When it start boiling add slurry in it mix well cook for 3 to 5 min till soup get thick..
- Then add chopped coriander leaves mix well switch off the flame..
